Behavioural Personality Profiling
Not finance. Not strategy. Not technology. It is teamwork that remains the ultimate competitive advantage, both because it is so powerful and so rarePatrick Lencioni, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team: A Leadership Fable
What is DiSC Profiling?
The three levels of awareness needed to build and sustain effective relationships and teams are self-awareness, awareness of others and the awareness of how to build and strengthen the bridges that join us.
By encouraging these practices through self-assessments, profiling, and facilitated workshops we can enable every leader and team to become the most effective and enjoyable version of themselves.
Through the internationally renowned Everything DiSC® and the Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team ® models, Elevate BC provides a comprehensive assessment and development strategy that measures an individual’s preferences, behaviours, strengths and tendencies and how this affects their effective collaboration with co-workers and teams.
How can it help individuals & organisations?
Evidence shows that these models develop leaders to be a part of teams that have a competitive advantage in their sector to excel in achieving excellent regional, national and international success.
Team Assessments and Profiling with Elevate BC
Everything DiSC ®
The DiSC Model is a simple yet powerful model that describes four basic behavioural styles: D, i, S, and C, and serves as the foundation for each distinct:
D : Dominance
i : Influence
S : Steadiness
C : Conscientiousness
Everyone is a blend of all four DiSC styles—usually, one, two, or even three styles stand out. Each person has a unique behavioural profile with different styles and priorities—no one style better or worse than the next.
We believe that these differences in style can be extremely valuable. Once you assess these differences and harness their value, better workplace communication AND healthier collaboration become possible.
