This course is designed to help individuals understand, identify, and overcome impostor syndrome, a common psychological phenomenon that affects people in various aspects of their lives, particularly in their professional and academic pursuits. Impostor syndrome can lead to self-doubt, anxiety, and reduced self-confidence.
Through a combination of theory, practical exercises, and personal development strategies, participants will gain insights into impostor syndrome, learn to recognise its manifestations, and acquire techniques to overcome it. By the end of this course, students will be empowered to overcome impostor syndrome and achieve their full potential.

COURSE DURATION
This course is a 3-week program, consisting of 3 two-hour sessions. It is designed to be delivered as a series of live sessions with interactive activities, discussions, and self-reflection assignments. Participants are encouraged to practice the strategies and techniques outside of class hours to effectively address impostor syndrome.
Throughout the course, you will engage in discussions, group activities, self-reflection exercises, and case studies to gain a deep understanding of impostor syndrome and the tools needed to overcome it. By the end of the course, you will have the knowledge and skills to combat impostor syndrome, build self-confidence, and realise your full potential.
