Nerys founded her own niche legal practice when she was just 30 in rural Wales and has created a business from scratch which now employs 30 people across Wales and England. She is a leading UK agricultural lawyer and developed a reputation early on in her career for winning complicated cases and solving difficult problems.
Her specialism not only comes from the understanding her farming background provides but also her LLM in Environmental Law and Management and her subsequent PhD she undertook in Sustainable Development Implementation and Enforcement at International, European, National and Regional levels.
As an experienced business owner, non-executive director and board member, Nerys is looking to support and inspire others in their business growth and achieving their aspirations and goals.
