While we serve clients across the UK and internationally through both remote and in-person engagements, our primary base is in the historic coastal town of Llansteffan, Carmarthenshire. Our unique location offers:

Situated near the privately owned Llansteffan Castle (owned by Marian and Rob Evans), our office provides a spectacular setting for leadership development. The coastal views and natural surroundings create an ideal environment for reflection and strategic thinking.

We combine our inspiring local setting with the ability to meet clients wherever best serves their needs:

I worked with Marian over a 6 month period as I contemplated a significant change in the direction of my career.
